Welcome to Victory Volleyball Academy LLC. By registering an athlete or using our website and

services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description & Registration

Victory Volleyball Academy LLC provides athletic training programs, tryouts, clinics, and

competitive club volleyball services. By registering, you certify that the athlete is in good

physical health and capable of participating in strenuous physical activity. Users must be 18

years or older or have verifiable parental consent to register.

2. Payments, Fees & Billing

All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party providers, Stripe and

GoHighLevel.

- Automatic Billing: Monthly membership dues are processed automatically. By providing

your payment information, you authorize Victory Volleyball Academy LLC to charge the

applicable fees.

- Late Fees: Payments must be received by the 5th day of each month. Any payment failed

or not received after this date will incur a $10.00 late fee.

- Tryout Fees: All tryout fees are non-refundable. However, for athletes who are selected

and successfully join a team, the tryout fee will be applied as a credit toward their total

program balance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Non-Refundable Policy: Generally, all payments made to Victory Volleyball Academy

LLC are non-refundable.

- Withdrawal Notice: A 30-day written notice is requested for any membership

cancellation.

- Director’s Discretion: The enforcement of the 30-day notice, as well as the evaluation of

any special refund requests or credit adjustments, remains at the sole discretion of the

Club Director on a case-by-case basis.

4. SMS Communication & Consent (A2P Compliance)

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from

Victory Volleyball Academy related to tryouts, registration, practice schedules, and program

updates.

- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

- Support: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].

- Disclosure: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are

not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Medical Release & Liability Waiver

Volleyball involves inherent physical risks. By agreeing to these terms, you voluntarily assume

all risks of injury and waive any claims of liability against Victory Volleyball Academy LLC, its

coaches, staff, and affiliates for any injuries or losses sustained during training, travel, or

competition.

6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate an athlete’s participation without refund if the athlete or their

legal guardian engages in behavior that is disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to the Academy’s

environment.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect

and use your data. Please review it at our website.
